Machinery for the removal of standing burrs, smoothing of 'chatter' lines, and for edge radiussing sharp, square edges after cutting with high speed tooling and routers (as used extensively in the Aerospace industry).

Abrasive belts, nylon web brushes, filament brushes, slashed abrasive brushes, abrasive discs (nylon web or filament) can all be combined to deburr edges (including pilot holes) and clean surfaces of cut parts with or without disturbing surface coatings (including light alloys, zintec, Aluclad / Zalutite, galvanised and plastic film coatings). Available in wet or dry working formats, large or small components (down to c. 25mm and 0.1mm thick) can all be effectively processed.
