Machinery for the removal of light (and hard) slag, light burrs and sharp corners, removal of re-cast layers, removal of heat affected zones, removal of re-cast layers, removal of oxide coatings, with or without edge radiussing, with or without surface finishing (even on light alloys, zintec, Aluclad / Zalutite, galvanised and plastic film coated material).

Abrasive belts, abrasive filament brushes, steel wire brushes, abrasive discs (nylon web or filament) can all be combined to deburr and clean laser, plasma or waterjet cut parts with or without disturbing surface coatings (including light alloys, zintec, Aluclad / Zalutite, galvanised and plastic film coatings). Available in wet or dry working formats large or small components can all be effectively processed.
