SERVICE and SUPPORT:
Buying from Ellesco entitles you to as much support, service and advice that you feel you need.
For on-site assistance we operate our own team of Service Technicians strategically placed around the UK. Further afield, in Ireland, we have arrangements with local engineers that we can call upon for any warranty or service visits.
And we can always call upon the manufacturer’s field technicians of course.
Each of our engineers is factory trained by our suppliers; each of them carries their own inventory of get-you-away spares. More extensive stocks are held here at Ellesco (overnight delivery) and by each of the machinery manufacturers (24-48 hours).
To minimise everyone’s stress, and to keep the machinery we supply operating at peak performance, we offer Service Contracts and Planned Maintenance Visits tailored to suit the duties the machine is expected to perform, the application it’s used on and the intensity of use.
However, if things do go wrong, we are available to discuss a solution over the ‘phone, supply the correct spares for your own people to fit; or we can arrange to visit, diagnose and repair.
And when a new job for existing machinery arises, help and advice is just a ‘phone call away if you need to discuss settings and suitable consumables; and we have workshop facilities where we can re-specify a machine if necessary.
