Ellesco Founded in 1975 by L G Simonis, we have enjoyed unparalleled growth to our current position as the pre-eminent supplier of large finishing and deburring machines in the UK and Eire.
- Ellesco sells and services a uniquely comprehensive range of deburring, deslagging, weld preparation, weld dressing, machining and surface finishing machines
- Flat, shaped or machined parts can be processed, externally and internally, edges radiussed, chamfers produced, complex shapes generated, all with or without changing surface properties or removing surface coatings.
- Processes utilise abrasive belts, brushes, discs, vibrating media, mops and compounds, electro-chemical action and ultra-high pressure water; controlled by CNC, PLC or an operator; stand-alone or integrated into a cell or line
- Recent additions to the range, developed from ECD and ECM (Electro-Chemical Deburring/ Machining), include PECM (Precision Electro-Chemical Machining) for manufacturing blisks, turbine blades, dies and surgical implants from raw to finished item.
Originally set up to market the Grindingmaster range it quickly became obvious that complete packages were required.
This philosophy has been maintained and we always still offer with our machinery:
