The Jet-Flex system utilises 5000-10000psi water jets coupled to a standard Sugino machining centre, to blast burrs, swarf and dirt.

A development of Sugino's cleaning and Waterjet cutting technology, the cell removes and qualifies all the burrs and surfaces it touches. Since no abrasives are used, only an anti-rust and anti-foam additive, surface finishes are untouched; square edges and precision tolerances are totally unaffected.

Any water resistant material can be handled without risk of cross-contamination. Dirty water is filtered through an integral, comprehensive cleaning plant ensuring micron particle removal (down to 2 microns if specified). The result is a component to 1.0 mg Millipore count; Aerospace and Motor industry standards.

Basically, if it doesn't come off after this treatment, it won't come off in service..........and it's clean.
